The Food Mill, Lobelia Liquid Extract

One of the old names for Lobelia is “puke weed” but that’s only if you too take high of a dose! Don’t be afraid of this very useful plant. It’s primary uses include anxiety, relaxation, stress, congested lungs, and other respiratory conditions. It contains an alkaloid called “Lobeline” which is supposedly similar to nicotine and therefore may be helpful in quitting smoking. Take 30 drops in water or juice, 1 – 3 times daily, or as needed.
